Powerful Progress Program Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) explains the terms, structure, and conditions under which participants in the Magnetix Marketing Powerful Progress Program (“PPP,” “we,” “us,” or “the Company”) may earn referral commissions.

By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation in the Powerful Progress Program is not required to register as an affiliate.

  • Affiliate registration is optional and must be completed separately.

  • Acceptance into the affiliate program is subject to approval and ongoing compliance with this Agreement.

2. Affiliate Links & Referral Paths

  1. Once approved, affiliates will receive access to unique referral links, which may include:

  • Get the GHL Tier Option that makes the most sense

    • Used to refer new users to our offer to house a sub-account for the customer.

  • Direct Enrollment Link

    • Used to refer users directly to the Powerful Progress Program enrollment page.

  1. Commissions are earned when a referred individual:

  • is not already in the PPP system, and

  • enrolls using your unique referral link, and

  • completes payment(s) successfully.

3. Commission Structure

The Powerful Progress Program offers a multi-tier affiliate commission structure, distributed from monthly subscription revenue.

Tier Breakdown

Commissions are calculated from the gross subscription payment and rounded to the nearest dollar.

Attribution is cookie-based, with a 365-day cookie duration. If a user signs up within 365 days of clicking your link, the referral is credited to you.

Last-click attribution applies: the most recent affiliate link used will be credited.

4. Example Illustration (Non-Guarantee)

If the monthly subscription fee is $50:

  • Tier 1 affiliate earns $10/month

  • Tier 2 affiliate earns $5/month

  • Tier 3 affiliate earns $3/month

  • Tier 4 affiliate earns $2/month

  • Tier 5 affiliate earns $1/month

This is just for illustration, given that the current PPP subscription fee is just $10.

The Company retains the remaining portion of the subscription revenue after commissions are distributed.

Important: These figures are examples only and do not constitute an income guarantee. Earnings under $1 are likely rounded down to $0. As pricing changes, it should immediately adjust the monthly earnings from previous sign-ups as well. Some of this is subject to how Go High Level's affiliate system will work.

5. Recurring Commissions

  1. Commissions are recurring, meaning they continue monthly only while the referred subscriber remains active and in good standing.

  2. If a subscriber cancels, pauses, refunds, or fails payment, commissions associated with that subscriber stop accordingly.

  3. Schedule: Payouts are processed once per month, on a net-30 basis (commissions are payable 30 days after the end of the month in which they are earned).

  4. Minimum Threshold: A minimum of $20 in earned commissions must be reached before payout is issued.

  5. Method: Payouts are currently made via Paypal. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payout details are correct. Other methods like NMI and/or Stripe may take over at any time.

  6. Refunds/Chargebacks: Commissions are reversed for transactions that are refunded, disputed, or otherwise invalid.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities & Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

  1. Represent the program truthfully and accurately

  2. Avoid false, misleading, or exaggerated claims

  3. Not imply guaranteed income, financial outcomes, or “get rich quick” results

  4. Comply with all applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer protection laws

  5. Clearly disclose affiliate relationships when required (e.g., “I may earn a commission”)

Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Spam or unsolicited messaging

  • Misrepresentation of earnings or effort required

  • Using the PPP brand in deceptive or unauthorized ways

Violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. No Employment or Investment Relationship

Affiliate participation:

  • does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship

  • does not represent an investment opportunity

  • does not guarantee income or results

Earnings depend entirely on individual effort, ethical promotion, and subscriber retention.

8. Payments & Reporting

  • Commissions are tracked through the Company’s affiliate system.

  • Payout schedules, thresholds, and methods will be disclosed inside the affiliate dashboard.

  • Affiliates are responsible for any applicable taxes.

9. Program Changes & Termination

The Company reserves the right to:

  • modify commission rates or structures with notice

  • suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for non-compliance

  • discontinue the affiliate program at its discretion

10. Acceptance

By registering as an affiliate, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood this Agreement

  • you agree to comply with all stated terms

  • you understand that participation is optional and revocable

The Powerful Progress Program is designed to teach systems, skills, and structured progress. It is not a promise of financial success. Results vary based on effort, application, and circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Nevada State.

12. Governing Law

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Affiliate Program and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

Acknowledgement

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
