In the US, the government has enacted an A2P (Application to Person) texting law that requires a $20 or so registration fee and a bit less than $10 per month maintenance, but that's the government expense for any business with a texting capacity.

The larger frustration for many is trying to clear the establishing of A2P compliance on this but we can make that a pretty easy thing.

Each phone line will charge $1-2 per month just to be assigned to you - this is commonly about $25-50 a month for providers that only give you this.

Emails and texts have reputation scores and limits on how many can go out per day at first until you prove you do things without being too spammy.

We can help with the strategies and deep tech setup matters to get the best possible reputation scores. This is a matter many businesses are running up against the reefs on these last few years with so many new major email (primarily Google and Outlook) carrier policies.

You'll probably want to develop a presence on all social media platforms you can. This system helps you to grow that presence.

a good video editing selection or two for different purposes,

It would be a huge benefit to maintaining a Pro level Zoom account.

Stripe and/or other payment processing is almost a must.

Having a social media and/or Google advertising budget would be very beneficial to build up an audience.

Obviously you will need to fulfill state, local, and national business registration and reporting maintenance requirements based on what you'll be doing and where.

Oh, and I would strongly recommend you build from a desktop or at worst a laptop computer. A phone alone is a very difficult build platform.

So if you're completely devoid of income, you will need to have about what it would take to keep your vehicle running (probably a lot less than that these days.)

And even if any of that becomes too expensive to maintain, we'll keep your sub-account going until you can renew and reactivate those core development tools.

We aren't charging for all of those things - those are just needs you'll have and it can be tempting to add a lot more little side tools as there are many available online.

All that said, the HOOKS to running a business at all are many. It's not for the faint of heart!

There's a popular saying that everyone wants the cure for what they struggle against until the solution shows up in the form of discipline.

You will need to establish a routine for working on your business that holds you to gaining momentum and keeping it going. If you stop, you have to be able to get yourself to pick things up and keep going.

My first business I began opened my eyes as to how much I wanted it because I didn't want to work... ever... at all.

I mean... let's be honest right? I quickly got sucked into doing anything but operating and growing my opportunity. Eventually that opportunity fell out in a sudden market decision shift and it collapsed overnight.

It will never be possible to create a viable business if avoidance of effort is your mind-frame.

Take strong note of this if you have been tempted to work with business gurus that don't admit this simple truth.

At least until you're wealthy enough to scale to the point where every need in the company is filled with an employee taking the job of that role but until then, it's going to fall on you to be that person.

We get it though - that's the golden future most of us really want, absolute financial freedom.

Without risking all of your assets on an investment casino, this is the most secure way to get there as fast as you can.

AI can help a lot with scaling and streamlining but can also add expense. Think of the agentic options in Go High Level as one way you will have to be able to nurture your garden.

AI rarely takes away all effort entirely, though it can be a helpful guidance counsellor. It only really works well once you have your infrastructure completely and cleanly established.

A clean build architecture means easy AI Agent setup and error-free function.

The business model you operate under can give you a lot of peace and burden relief through automation and this platform is made to help with that as much as anyone can get.

You will need to feed your marketing strategies with emails and images and videos, content that takes a while to generate and manage - faster as you get more familiar with your operating procedures to produce that content.

You will probably do best if you have a live event now and then, possibly monthly or more.

Webinars and summits and stage presentations are commonly powerful methods to present what you do.

You may wish to obtain skills in sales.
